Andrew Yates is an Austin-based photographer and director of photography shooting for advertising agencies and corporations. He completed his undergraduate studies in Commercial Photography in South Africa before receiving a scholarship to the Art Institute of Chicago and subsequently settling in the USA. Andrew has completed assignments from Mexico to Mongolia and Kazakhstan to Costa Rica for clients that include Dell Computer, AT&T, Charles Schwab, The PGA Tour, BMW, NASCAR, Pennzoil, Toshiba and the US Air Force. His work has been featured in Print, Archive, Communication Arts and The One Show. In addition to his advertising and corporate work, Andrew has had two solo and three group photography exhibitions and, with partner/director Mike Woolf and producer Karen Yates, has shot and produced four documentary films.
